Title: Sauce with Pickles

5tbOlive oil
12ozJar of giardiniera (pickled
  Vegetables), drained well
28ozPeeled tomatoes
  S&p
2tbBalsamic vinegar

In a large nonreactive skillet, heat the oil. Add the vegetables and reduce heat to minimum. Cover and let cook until the vegetables are mushy. Mush the vegetables around a bit and add the tomatoes. Cook a few minutes. Season to taste and add vinegar just before serving.
